Our shipping policy is designed to offer customers flexibility as well as cost savings. We endeavour to allow all our customers options to set their budget as well as their time frame, hence our in-house brand 'Code-RED' offers the most flexibility, while our other brands offer a larger range of products.
Standard delivery in Australia
We use Australia Post eParcel as our default delivery service. Australia Post offers competitive prices to both Metro and Regional postcodes. When ordering the brands Code-RED and Govests, the prices will be around the range of prices quoted below, while with other brands it would depend on several factors like the location of their warehouse, the courier they use and such. For some brands, we offer free shipping over a certain quantity/cart value

Please Note:
1. The above sizes are based on a standard sized product. A product may weigh less than 0.5kg but due to a larger volume may be only shipped in another type of packaging. For example, a puffer jacket will always need a large satchel or carton due to its dimensions.
2. The delivery time has been provided by Australia Post, however, it's not a guaranteed service. Delivery may take longer than estimated so ensure you have enough time before the products are needed. We are not able to offer refunds for products that arrive later than the estimated times.
3. Australia Post also allows delivery to post office boxes and roadside delivery so this service must be chosen for PO Box delivery.
Pickup from our warehouse
Un-Printed - Same day pickup from our warehouse in Thornleigh, NSW for orders placed before 3pm. Pickup strictly by 5pm.
Printed - VIP same day pick up is an option for rush orders. Other orders are 5-10 days from approval to pickup or dispatch
