We were requested to make some safety vests for an offroad racing event that’s happening in March. After receiving their logo files our design team created few mockups and once the client was satisfied with the mockup we started to print using sublimation technique, which involves the ink penetrating the fabric and staining the vest with the print to make it fade-resistant. Sublimation prints are ideal for polyester fabric textures that are worn frequently because the ink smears the cloth right away. The client expressed satisfaction with the overall result and expressed gratitude for our timely delivery. Against the vivid orange background, the bold black print stood out.

The order of a customised safety vest from us was confirmed by a renowned company. We then created a few mock-ups and once the client approved, we created artwork and chose to move forward with the DTF printing technique, which involves printing a special sheet of paper with a design that is then transferred onto the fabric via a heating mechanism as the logo was not black and contained a variety of colours. We printed the necessary sheets and layered them over the vests. When we delivered the vests, the customer was more than happy because the combination of their logo with a vibrant background never fails to please.

The management of a college emailed us to request some high visibility vests for their staff. We started creating mockups utilising the logo they gave as soon as the order was placed. After making a few revisions to the design to the customer's satisfaction, we ultimately printed the special sublimation sheets with the approved pattern and completed the order by heat pressing them on top of the garment. The customer was happy with our work and remarked on how beautifully the dark print contrasted with the neon background.

A software service company contacted us about customising a few High Visibility Day/Night Zipper Vests with ID Patches for their force security. After carefully assessing the client's needs and the available funding, we chose to use the sublimation printing technology.
