Customer showcase: Custom-printed vests for various brands
Here's a short snippet of some high-visibility workwear we created for various firms and how our clients felt about it.

Everyone benefits from wearing high visibility gear, but especially those in the industrial and construction sectors. However, it is advised in all workplace circumstances with comparable degrees of risk. There are several factors to take into account while selecting the best safety vest, and for many professions, appropriate fluorescent clothing is mandatory.
A company that provides LED lighting in office and home buildings placed an order for some high-visibility day vests with us. After the print positions and sizes were approved using a digital mock-up, sublimation printing—which includes the ink permeating the fabric and staining the vest with the print to make it resistant to fading—was used to print the vests. Since the ink smears the fabric immediately away, sublimation prints are great for polyester fabric textures that are worn regularly. The customer was happy with the overall outcome and congratulated us for meeting our delivery deadline. The bold black print stood out against the vibrant orange background.

We were asked by the administrator of a shopping centre in the Rouse Hill neighbourhood of Sydney, New South Wales, to customise some high visibility vests. We got the printers going and started printing the order using the sublimation technique, which requires printing on a particular kind of sheet that is then heated and transferred to the fabric, after making sure they were satisfied with the design. The vest's black design stood up beautifully against it, and the finished product was just what they wanted!

They were given a range of printing and layout options, and once these were chosen through the exchange of digital mock-ups, we began printing the order. This was done using the sublimation technique, which involves printing on a particular type of sheet that is then heated to transfer the ink to the fabric. The final result was exactly what they wanted, and the black design of the vest stood out against the background well.

For the team's identity, a family-friendly outdoor entertainment hub that offers delicious cuisine, fun activities, and chill-out areas needed some safety jackets. Following the digital mockup's confirmation of the print's dimensions and places, the vests were imprinted using a process called sublimation printing, in which the ink penetrates the cloth to imprint the design, making the vest fade-resistant. Sublimation designs are perfect for polyester fabrics that are worn frequently since the ink instantly stains the fabric. Strong black text against fluoro background made for a stunning final product, and we once again met our delivery deadline!

High visibility day vests were required by an Australian family-owned business. We swiftly started printing and pressing the high vis after using digital mockups to assess their needs and come to the conclusion that sublimation printing is the best option. The final product was exactly what they wanted thanks to the dark print's excellent contrast on fluoro high visibility.
